RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Unworn items can be returned or exchanged (excluding sunglasses, jewellery, accessories, gift cards, and items marked as flash sale, final sale & special sale) within 30 days of receiving your package.
• Products marked as special sale items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.
• If you need to initiate a return, please email us. We're happy to help.
• Our swimwear comes with a removable hygiene liner to ensure your safety - return items cannot be accepted if the liner is removed. Please try on your  items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Clothing (dresses, tops + bikinis) - Cold or luke warm hand wash and lay flat to dry, out of direct sunlight. 
• Jeans - Cold machine or hand wash. 
• Bags - Wipe down with a damp cloth. Avoid coming into contact with sharp objects and corners, as you don’t want to damage the material because of careless wear.
• Sunglasses - Try to prevent the hardware from getting wet. Keep in case provided. 
• Jewellery - Store these items in the pouches you received with it when not being worn. Natural wear and exposure to skin, moisture, hairspray or perfume will lead to colour change from the products original colour.  

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Before your order leaves, it is fully checked by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged or with a manufacturing fault please contact us immediately.

RETURN METHOD ON DAMAGED ITEMS

• It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are packed well and are protected from damage in transit. 
• We suggest you use a return method that enables you to track the parcel as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
• The General Warranty Under Australian Consumer Law ( as shown below under Product Warranties) states 'The consumer will bear the expense of claiming the warranty.' This includes the cost of returning the goods to us.
